ياشباب انا طلبت الجهاز من موقع هاند تك والعمليه في الاول مشيت لكن جاتني رسالة على الايميل مافهمتها ياريت واحد يساعدني نص الرسالة كالتالي:
“Thanks for your email,
I do apologise however we have been unable to confirm all of your details here, there is a slight issue with the validation of this order meaning the details provided are not sufficient to release the order.
With regards to this we will require a form of confirmation that will allow us to send the order, this would preferably be something showing the address and a photo ID, if this is not possible then an ID card along with a utility bill or bank statement should be sufficient.
Please advise if it is possible to send this across to clear you order, and of course feel free to blank out any sensitive information as we really only need to validate the address here.
