Sorry, can't write in arabic (tabatalk issue),
Stock android 4.3 been reported (myself and sammobile.com) with many bugs like :
- Home button lag (2-3 minutes sometimes).
- High battery drain
According to sammobile.com, samsung noticed that they stopped the OTA update for SGS3 4.3
You will face a lot of problems during downgrading to 4.1.2 or 4.2.2 (leaked).
I really don't recommend that rom (4.3),
I had to face these problems and finally I could downgrade to 4.2.2 without loosing my IMEI.

By trying I found 2 solutions and they were depends on replacing the rom kernal
I tried a kernal of yankee(don't remember the name) and it was better but not good with accuweather widget .
The other solution by trying the kernal of stock Chinese 4.3.
Really it's a fatal mistake of samsung.

If you want to downgrade to 4.2.2 (leaked) or 4.1, then you must flash a modem file named (modem_RIL_CWM_I9300XXEMG4.zip)
It will keep your network : )
